Accidentally marked site as Spam

Hello, I accidentally marked one of my multisite sites as spam and now can’t change it back. When I click on “not spam” I get the following message….. “YOu are not allowed to change the current site.” I am logged in as a Super Admin and am still getting the message. Help!!
