    1: No one can comment on my blogs. How do I change this?

    2. When I click on the article it says “page not found”

    I love wordpress. Please help me like it.

  • Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.

    1. Turn on commenting in settings

    2. In Settings – Permalinks go back to default permalinks pattern. “Pretty” permalinks are dependent on a working rewrite module on your server, and that the .htaccess file in your web root is writeable for WordPress. Come back here after you have got it working with the default setting.

    If necessary, try without any active plugins and the default Twenty Ten theme. Then activate, one by one thing, until you see what breaks your blog.

    okay so that worked; did I give anything up by switching to default mode
