Installed Worpress but cannot upload ..help!

    I switched Host companies and have set up Worpress on Bluehost but though i can work on it via admin. panel i don’t know how to upload it tot he server at Bluehost. I am only used to FTP’ing a site remotely from my PC to a server. Since the WP software is on my server already at bluehost (I assume?!), how do i make it show up!
    Going slightly mad over this…
