• There was a recent fix given to remove the flames from “Distinction”, I’ve tried it and it’s not working for me. I’m really new at this but I’m pretty sure I’m cutting/pasting in the correct spot – when I try the first fix given, I get the same result as the OP in that thread but when I try the second fix nothing changes.

I really hope the author of the theme sees this and can help – I would love to use this, it’s perfect. Only without flames…. ??

    Thanks, Amy

  • Hello Amy,

I hope to have the new version complete by tomorrow but not sure when the repository will be updated.

    Replace line 54, I think with <a href="<?php echo home_url( '/' ); ?>" title="<?php echo esc_attr( get_bloginfo( 'name', 'display' ) ); ?>" rel="home"><?php bloginfo( 'name' ); ?></a>

If it’s not line 54 it’s the only line with <img> tags. Which is what you are trying to get rid of.

As stated in the previous thread, the next version, will give you the option to hide the header graphics and a few other theme options. It should be out in no longer than a week. Just have to wait for it to get added to the repository.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
