[Plugin: Terms of Use] Redirect loop on 3.1

Having issues with the plugin since 3.1.
Redirect loop flips between:
/wp-admin/index.php?page=terms-of-use-2/terms-and-conditions.php
and
wp-admin/?c=1
ad-infinitum.
Otherwise the plugin was a useful addition to our multisite.
