[Plugin: Capability Manager] Why does this plugin add an extra folder?

I have a question on why this plugin adds a folder called “alkivia” to my upload directory?
It doesn’t seem to do anything and even after I delete it, it pops back up.
Any response would be great, thanks for the plugin a lot!
