Password Recovery

When I click the “lost your password?” link on the log-in page, it asks for my username, and when I enter that, I am told to “Check your e-mail for the confirmation link.” The email sent to my address says that “to reset your password visit the following address, otherwise just ignore this email and nothing will happen.” The link sends me to a page that tells me to check my email for a new password. No password is sent, only the link to the page telling me that my new password will be mailed to me.

How do I retrieve or reset my password?
