[Plugin: wp-photocontest] pictures visible to the user who uploaded them
-
I am going to be running a photo contest for the members of my meetup group, and was looking for a way to do this online. Your wordpress plugin looks great, but I had one question about how to do something.
What I need is for a user’s pictures to only be visible be him or her. I plan on opening up the contest for submissions for 2 weeks, and I don’t want users to be able to see what other users have uploaded. Then after the 2 week entry period, I close the ability to upload, and open up voting, so that all users can see all photos, and voting will be pretty anonymous. I have it set that each user can only submit 1 entry.
What I’m finding is that when VISIBLE_UPLOADING is set to FALSE, when someone uploads something, the picture does get uploaded, but it doesn’t register, and the user can’t see their own picture, and they also have the ability to upload again. If VISIBLE_UPLOADING is true, they are limited to the one upload, but then they can see everyone else’s already uploaded pictures.
Any thoughts how I can get around this, so that the user can always see what they’ve uploaded, but not see anybody else’s?
Thanks
-Adam
