Login fails

There are times that I am able to login using my UN/PW but then others, it denies me and will not access the UN/PW that I just used previously. I have reset the PW to the same one I was always using and that seems to work, but is very annoying to have to do that every time I log in. Any suggestions? UN: reeds_admin
