I run CCleaner and still dont work, so I think it is not a cache issue

Why do you want to in wp-config.php from browser as you can not go in file that way if you need to edit the file then you need to use editor

As I can see, this is not a cache problem. I believe this because:
– I run CCleaner several times
– Tried this with both Firefox and Chrome.
– Also, tried with IE, that I NEVER use.
– Tried with my 2 computers, without success
– Also tried with my cell phone (N95) with the same result!

I only think that this can be a problem with my internet provider??

But if this is the case, why can still login to wordpress with my other blog???

Can you take a screenshot of what you see and link to that for us? Obviously if we can’t SEE what’s wrong, it’s hard to fix ??

Your ISP could be blocking the domain somehow (I’ve seen that before). Can you get in via the IP address?
