Adding an optin page to wordpress

Hi,

Is it possible to upload a ready made optin- page into word press.

I have the following documents:

– A firefox index document – that simply shows me how it is going to look.
– a Cascading style sheet document (Which I am guessing is the one I need to use to install it)
– a folder with images..

Can I do this?
