Please help with background

Hello I am working with a new template and updating my blog. It has been going well I am just saving the new files with the same names and updating them in the c panel. But for some reason my background is not updating. The site is https://www.socialheavy.net and the current background which is a teal color won’t go away the background file is called body_bg.png and I have completely deleted the background from the files on the server so why is it still showing up? (the old one that is)

Very frustrating. Please help.
