Dashboard reset but website still up

I reinstalled my website https://thatslo.com from my host and accidentally messed something up. I was no longer able to log into my old wp admin with all of my widgets, posts, setting etc.. It created me a new account with all the default settings in the dashboard.

My website is still posted as normal but you cannot navigate away from the home page or click on any links, including the expansion of the blog posts. Does ANYONE know what I did wrong and how I can fix it? THANK YOU!!
