Plug-in not working properly

  • The plug-in opens with a blank screen – this has happened before and been fixed but the problem is back again.

    The pop-up can be view after the blank pop-up by clicking on the arrow but visitors will be too annoyed to do this.

    Thinking about giving up on the this plug-in – seems plagued with the same problem that doesn’t seem to be fixed properly.
