[Plugin: Admin Menu Editor] Plugin COmpatability Issues

I recently moved the contents of a wp-content folder to my computer into a local installation of wordpress. I tried reactivating all my plugins, and found the menu editor plugin incompatable with CollabPress but apparently only when menus were activated after collabpress. The issue didnt seem to be there when menus were already activated at time of collabpress activation

Similar issues with Propel plugin, though didnt get the chance to test activation order.

The issue is when the settings page for AdminMenuEditor is clicked, it loads only the top bar of tools, and not the menu below for editing.
