Note: Posted this in ‘How To’ forum previously. Just realised it should be posted here instead.
    ——————————————————————-

I had a couple of multisite installs working perfectly under 3.1. The sites contained sub-sites, a few of which were mapped against their own domain names. For each install, there was a single page where I could view all these sub-sites, and where I could choose to view, edit, suspend, trash or go to the dashboard of that sub-site.

    After upgrading to 3.1.1:

    (1) I could no longer find this (described above) page.

    (2) The PLUGINS > ADD NEW link is gone. Moreover, there is no clickable Delete option anymore for each plugin. This means I now have to FTP to upload new/remove plugins, instead of doing these within the WP install.

    (3) The link to enable a theme for the whole network (which appears when you upload a new theme) is also gone.

Anybody else encountered this problem and how did you solve it?

OK, this is a false alarm.

After I upgraded the plugins, the missing bits are all back again.
