Can't reset password for user on www.remarpro.com

It was on my blog. I finally just uninstalled and reinstalled WordPress on my domain, so I could set a new password and start again. But the system for recovering passwords in www.remarpro.com is f’ed up. When you click the “lost your password?” link when trying to log into your site, instructions say you will get an email with a link to a page to create a new password, but when you follow that link, you find a page that tells you that a new password will be mailed to you. But no password is ever mailed.

Clarification.

Recovering passwords on www.remarpro.com means you are trying to reset your password HERE. Recovering your password on a self-hosted WordPress install is different. If you say ‘www.remarpro.com’ everyone assumes you mean the password to login to THIS site that you are on today. Nit picky, but it will help US help YOU faster ??

If you can’t change your password on a self-hosted WP install, and the emails aren’t getting to you, normally this means there’s a problem with SENDING emails from your site or your emails are being caught as spam.

Hi, I cant reset the password for my user on www.remarpro.com. It says “
An email has been sent to the address we have on file for you. If you don’t get anything within a few minutes, or your email has changed, you may want to get in touch with the webmaster or forum administrator here.”
but I didnt receive any email.

PS: I checked the spam folder … it’s not there.
The emailid too is right as it says emailid exists when i go for new account registeration

I emailed that account’s email address with a new password. See if that works.

You can send mail to even this account having username angelin.deboral because I received mails of conversation had over here.

angelin.deboral – The email BOUNCED. I sent an email the the address associated with angelin.nadar and it bounced. I will not give anyone BUT that account the password. It’s just not safe. And since the email bounced, I’m sure THAT is why you can’t get a password reset. So no, I’m not emailing your other account, because I cannot verify this is you.
