FB Like button, not linking individual posts…

Ok so I have the facebook like button plug in.

It works fine, but whenever I click like on a new post I make, it doesn’t post that post to my page, instead it posts the prior days…

I have to copy/paste from the page url to get it onto my fb.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
