Propel won't fully uninstall

  • After I deactivate and delete propel I get http 404 errors on theme files.. why is it still looking for that? How do I fix?

    here are 404 errors

    ?/wp-content?/plugins?/propel?/themes?/smoothness?/jquery-ui-1.8.6.custom.css?ver=3.1

    /wp-content?/plugins?/propel?/style.css?ver=3.1
