Mask Blog URL?

Hello,

I’ve found a lot of answers on how to “move” a blog, but that’s not what I’m looking to do. I’d like to change the URL of my current blog page:

https://amiefedoraphotography.com/?page_id=28

To something like blog.amiefedoraphotography.com

Is this something I do through WordPress or my hosting service?
