• Hey there,

I′m currently using YAPB with the Fresh Editorial 2.1 template, and – being quite new to WordPress and not being a real PHP geek – there are some questions I hope I′ll find some assistance in answering… Besides from these I have to say this is a great tool!

    1. I′m wondering if it′s possible to detect the correct image orientation when uploading images straight out of camera? In my case it won′t work, but it will work as soon as I have opened and re-saved these pictures (without making any changes) in Photoshop before uploading.

    2. I′d like to set a maximum image dimension which is the same for landscape and portrait images. At the moment I set a maximum size fitting within the content column of the WordPress template, but portrait images will come out far bigger with the defined maximum value being their smaller side. Is there an option to change this within YAPB or to tweak the phpThumbs scripts – and if so, how can I accomplish this?

    3. Is there a possibility to include several images into a single article or perhaps a plug-in that can do it? It seems so simple I can′t believe it′s not possible… I don′t mean some kind of sophisticated album function (I′ve seen different plug-ins more specialized in this) but really just a simple method to put more than one image in an article.

    Any hints are greatly appreciated!
    Thanks a lot,
    Toby
