Changing navigation link in Morning After Theme

Hi all,

Thanks so much for your help! I’m trying to change the navigation links such as the “Subscribe” link to say “Recipes” instead. I’ve looked through most of the php code to change it, but haven’t been able to locate where to change the displayed link name.
