[Plugin: Simple Taxonomy] How to show new taxonomies on posts?

I can’t find how to use any of this in any of the reference material surrounding this plugin. I’ve looked through the plugin’s web site and the plugin page on www.remarpro.com, as well as the readme that comes with the plugin.
How are you supposed to add the new taxonomy to the end of posts? The readme said something about a custom field plugin, but i can’t find the one that is being referred to.
Also, there is no documentation I can find about what the template tags are so i can just go in and change the theme to display them.
