Need help with SSL and IE security warnings

I’m building a web site for a friend. We purchased an SSL certificate for the domain from GoDaddy and installed it on the site with instructions and help from his host WestHost. Everything displays fine in FF and Chrome but we continue to get the warning message about displaying non secure information. It’s probably something to do with the htacess file or setting in WordPress, I guess. If anyone can help, I’ll be happy to pay you for your time.
