Missing Posts

  • I’m getting a lot of “not found” errors in Google Webmasters. These are related to posts that were on my blog, but have vanished recently. What could have happened to them? I did not deletethem, and it’s not a redirect problem (I have searched for the posts in the admin panel) – they are definitely missing!

    I have checked the main database – wp_posts reports 7,328 recored, but only 4,363 are listed in my Dashboard. Why would there be a discrepancy?
