[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Duplicate Thumb Voting Not Working

    I am auto inserting the thumb ratings for comments and have “Prevent saving more than one rating per user or visitor.” checked off. Voting is limited to users logged in. I have no caching enabled and running WordPress 3.1.1 on localhost.

    After voting up for down for a comment, I refresh the page and am allowed to vote again. This should not allow me to do so.

    Is this a bug?

    This was due to not being able to set a cookie on localhost. For anyone else who might have this issue. ??
