How to get additional bandwidth for podcasting?

I am a novice so please excuse this rookie question. But I am using wordpress for my comedy group’s website and we wanted to post our pdcasts on it. When I went to post it I was unable to because my podcast file was 23mb well above the 10mb maximum. How do I get additional band width so I can post this? I am using blue host if that helps also. Please help!
