• I have a question about removing content. I just recently started hosting my website that I have had as a blog for about 7 years. I have almost 500 posts. Now that I have it all moved over and have it the way I want it, there is some old content that has nothing to do with anything and I was wondering if I should remove it or is it better to leave it there.

Also I have several posts that I want to re-do and post again for current and/or new readers, is it better to do a whole new post and then delete the old one so there is no double content, or should I just change up the post that is already there?

    Thanks a ton,
    Cindy

Nobody has any suggestions for me on this?

I guess it′s different from man to man but in my personal opinion a site looks nicer the cleaner it is. If a site is filled with a bunch of unnecessary things then it′s just annoying. So keep it clean and easy. Shave your page.

And I wouldn′t worry about fixing or editing old posts, especially if they′re very old. Old posts are never viewed anyways.

And how about you post a link so that we can see the page? ??

Ooops, didn’t think about the link!

I was thinking the cleaner the better too but don’t want my site to be affected in a negative way in the search engines.

    Thanks for your response!
