[Plugin: jQuery Lightbox For Native Galleries] How to show Title and Description

Hi,
First, thank you for a simple but very useful plugin.
Now here is the thing, in this plugin, on the lightbox, only show the “Title” of the image. While in the jquery script it also show the “Description” of the image.

In the beginning i thought it was a template problem, but it’s not because i have also check it on twentytwo, so i think this function is not added in this plugin.
Does anybody now how can I do this?
