Time Based Page

I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a plugin or code that would make a page show up at a specific hour on a given day? I have a checklist on an internal company website that is built into a page and would like this checklist to only show up at 8:00 pm, when stores would close, m-s and after 5:00 pm on Sunday, or all day Sunday depending on how complex getting the other times to work would be.

Anyone got any ideas?
