Website appears in Chinese in certain browsers?

    Hello, I not long installed WordPress and set up my site.
    But I found that in some browsers, mostly Google chrome..
    Make my site appear white and have nothing but Chinese characters?
    I did a test here: https://browsershots.org/https://scribbleduck.com/
    I also had a friend confirm it for me.
    I’ve tried looking for what this is, but I really don’t know..?
