[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Where are the review forms?

    Just installed the plugin, configured it and added it to a post…but do not see the reviews/form on the front end on the site.

    • Akismet Version 2.5.3
    • eShop for WordPress Version 6.2.5
    • MailChimp Version 1.2.2
    • Pathless Category Links Version 1.1
    • Social Slider Version 5.4.2

    Any ideas?
