Help creating a similar look

I have a client that wants a similar looking website to the above.
How hard would it be to make with WordPress and plugins?

1. How I can make a similar header that I can easily change nav links?
2. Any plugins that don’t use flash for the large background slideshow?
3. They would rather have the Reel button just have a shadowbox pop-up and play the company reel.
4. Under Works, the client wants a similar “random” thumbnail layout, basically so they can just insert a youtube link and it pull the youtube thumbnail or upload their own image. But WP would automatically make the “random” layout.
5. When the thumbnail images are clicked they want a shadow box of the video, not a separate page.
6. They want to keep the “genre” or category links on the Works page, as well.
7. Similar Info page.
8. Blog page to be full width, no sidebar.

So far I know they would need Shadowbox JS and Lazy Loader plugins.
