Question marks instead of words.

  • Just started withwordpress.com. own hosting.
    Can’t get anything in Russian. as soon as i publish – what ever i typed turns to question marks.
    I downloaded native dashboard and tried different themes, including those already translated – nothing works.
    Very frustrating. Please help
