Registration Plugins?

I am looking to add a registration area to a wordpress site that a site visitor would need to sign up for. After they sign up they would have to login with their username & password in order to access this area of the wordpress site. Which may be a few pages. Is there a plugin out there that will do this? It would need to be protected that only people that register & then login have access to do it.

This is different from the feature for each page in wordpress since that one is to set a password protect on a particular page & then you need to give out that password.

Any help on a quality plugin or if there is a better way to do this would be greatly appreciated.
