[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Adding default text in the message field.

  • How do I set a default text to appear in my message field?
    I know I have to put the text between the <textarea> tags but this is not available in the options of the contact form.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  • This is on the feature list for a future version. It maybe done soon, but I can make no promise on when. I just do this as a hobby in my spare time.

    The biggest obstacle is the user interface is very full.

    You can add default text for the extra fields, but not for the message fields.

    Maybe in a future update.

    Is this yet a feature? If so, I haven’t been able to figure it out. I need the plugin to automatically send a set, pre-filled email from the user to both an outside email and cc to another address as well.

    Tuscanytrace, not yet, but it will be a feature someday.
