[Plugin: Easy Comment Uploads] can someone show me this in action?

Because I have W3 and a CDN, this is going to be a real struggle to implement, so before I start the fight I wondered if anyone could please show me this plugin implemented with the lightbox functionality so I can guess if it’s what I’m looking for?
