Topics not in alphabetical order

  • Hi, my first post here ??

    I’m running the previous version of WordPress on my blog https://itreader.net. How can I get my list of links under my Topics heading to show up in alphabetical order? On my admin page they show up that way, but on my public blog page they show up in the order I created them. Thanks in advance!

  • You have two template tag choices to order your “Topics” which are called “categories”. wp_list_cats() or list_cats() and you will want to choose the parameter to sort by “name”.

    You will adjust the tag in the sidebar.php file of your Theme.
