I am currently using popular post plugin which shows a widget on your right bar and lists your popular posts. This mod is cool, but also very unstable, as it seems to stop working on a whim, since WP does not appear to have any popular post guages, then I suggest WP or coder add a more stable solution for WP owners so they and their members can guage popular posts.
I would like to see a post bumping, just like you see
on forums, when someone makes a comment on lets say a popular
post, then the post is bumped back up to the top, this
should keep popular posts at the top so they will not
be forgotten in such a small amount of time, because once
a post leaves the home page, then it is almost forgotten.Really guys, other then placing a sticky on a post, who
wants to see their popular posts sink to the bottom? I do not
want to place a sticky, I want members to decide what posts
they like, and what posts they want to contribute too.
