Gallery thumbnails link post

    I have looked and looked how to do this. Just wondering if someone has come up with an answer.

    Currently the default gallery is able to link thumbnails to:

    Image File
    Attachment Page

    I want to be able to link the thumbnail to a post or page.
    In the post/page I can add text etc.

    Or is there a low overhead plugin I can use?
