Recommendations needed (RSS)!

Hello everyone,

We’re looking for a plugin or code to make something like this on a WordPress page, but we didn’t find it yet. Do you have any recommendations or ideas to do this? Btw, we’ve bought this template and there might be a possibility to use it as WordPress theme template (it’s PHP). Our developer isn’t available at the moment, so do you have any ideas?
