additional content editor spots while editing pages

  • Obviously there is the original editor that WordPress uses on Pages for you to add the content — i cannot find the reference on adding one or more additional “editors” for different “content sections” of the actual site– this way non-computer-savvy people can login and edit multiple content spots without having to edit the template page-#.php file. Does anyone know where this is referenced or if it’s even possible?
