IE / Mozilla difference messed up codes Please HELP!

Hello experts!
This is my site’s link. Please check it with both Mozilla and IE. No problem with Mozilla at all but it’s a mess in IE especially the widgets!(you’ll see the widgets when you switch to other pages). If you check carefully, you’ll understand what I mean. Can someone help me how to solve this? This is really irritating.. ??
