syntax of get_links: what do these do?

  • Hi

    I have had a friend help me on something but he is unavailable and need some assistance.

    I am using the get_links tag with these in ()

    ”
    li’, ‘/li
    ‘, ‘ ‘, true, ‘name’, true, false, -1, 1, false’

    Can you tell me what they actually do. I am not the brightest spark when it comes to these and have read codex but don’t fully understand.

    I need to add p tags to the decription field in get_links.

    Can you help?
