Unable to get rid of menu item in top bar

Hi. I deleted a page that was a menu item in the top menu bar just below the header but the menu item still exists. When you click this menu item, it gets a “Not Found” message since that page no longer exists. How do I just get rid of this menu item since I got rid of the page? It is the menu item called “Public Discussion Forum” at:
