[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Thumbnail images not created.

  • Hello.
    By using the plugin NextGENeration Photo Gallery (NextGEN Gallery V1.7.4) in WordPress 3.1, it does not create thumbnail images, just create the folder thumds.
    I tested various forms of download, uninstalled and installed the plugin several times and also very own WP.
    There is something to fix?
    What should I investigate?
