[Plugin: User Avatar] Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_admin()

  • Hi all,
    after upgrading to 3.1.2 release I (as Administrator) cannot change the users’ avatar anymore.

    To reproduce the bug you can try the following steps:
    1- Login as Administrator
    2- Go to Users -> Search
    3- Select a user (not being me)
    4- Click to “Update a picture”
    5- Booom!

    You will get this error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_admin() in /path/to/wp-content/plugins/user-avatar/user-avatar.php on line 151

    The error doesn’t occur if I try to change my own avatar.
