    Nvm. Appearance->Theme options->select the “portfolio” as blog category did the trick. Not so good documentation on this one. Solved though.

    Ugh, but now the latest posts won’t show on the front page. Anyone know how to show latest posts on the front page AND the latest posts for that category in categories?

    So I figured it out. You actually HAVE to have a blog on your site and make that your Blog Category in “theme options”.
