[Plugin: Comment-Images] Image Does not Show

The plugin creates a tag [IMG] fullpathtoimage [/IMG] in the comments but it shows as missing image icon when comment is displayed.

Seems to work off same principle as the img link in the comments edit in admin but, in that case, it changes to an html <img scr=”fullpathtoimage”> tag.
