[Plugin: After the Deadline] Tag modification / stripping revistited

Went to check on any movement with this and see that the thread where trac ticket 16 is posted is now closed. The ticket seems to be dormant as well. I’d really like to rely on AtD but can’t have it messing with my code. Any word?
